As a complementary therapist (BZ OdA KT, method reflexzonetherapy) and certified pain therapist according to Liebscher & Bracht, I am able to give you competent advice on the phone, via video call or email and to give initial help for health issues.
You can often reduce a lot of pain yourself in a first step, often only small adjustments are necessary in everyday movement.

Advice via email

Describe your pain or discomfort, as precisely as possible in words or based on a video or image (for large files, it is best to use Droppy.ch). I will then analyze and give you instructions within one working day after receipt of payment how you can initiate self-help with exercises according to Liebscher & Bracht.

Advice on the phone

Some complaints cannot be described in an email. A conversation makes therefore more sense. Make an appointment for a telephone consultation (in case of an emergency, please call direclty) and describe your health issues. This can also be done via video call. During the phone call you will receive first tips for self-help. Afterwards I will send you a personal instruction by email on how you can continue to treat yourself with exercises according to Liebscher & Bracht.


The online consulting falls under the tariff of pain therapy according to Liebscher & Bracht, is due right after the consultation by TWINT or PayPal. The actual costs can bee seen here.

If your pain does not subside within a week, further e-consultation or a personal appointment is necessary. Pressure points, fascia roller massage or fascia stretching exercises may have to be adjusted.

If your pain persists, a personal appointment in the practice or at your location is recommended (or you can find a therapist near you in the Pain Specialist Finder). The professional osteopressure can relieve many pains to 0% - 30% residual pain. Together with the already received or new exercises, you can further support your healthy process.

In order to remain symptom-free, you should do your exercises once or twice a day, 6 days a week. In addition, I recommend visiting the bottleneck stretching group "Faszienmove". Information will follow shortly.
